The flag of the Venezuelan state of Carabobo consists of a thick blue horizontal band below a thin green stripe and an sunrise, offset to the right, on a red background. In the center of the sunrise is an outline of the Arch of Carabobo, a prominent monument of the Battle of Carabobo during the Venezuelan War of Independence.
